Requirements

Hair must be 3″ or more all around.
Hair must be clean with minimal oil or products.
Hair must be detangled and if possible, stretched out with a blow dryer or twists.
Because some appointments are back-to-back it may not be possible to spend extra time washing or detangling last minute. if you need a wash and blow out, please add it on to your appointment so time is allocated for that

Deposit

Nonrefundable Deposit of 25% of total braid price is required at time of booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of service. Cash, CashApp, PayPal only. No Credit Card.

Late Appointment

Let me know if you are running late. I am willing to work with understandable lateness. After 20 minutes I may require a late fee.

After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit is NOT refundable

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Deposit can be applied to next appointment if next appointment is made at time of cancellation. Please note that rescheduling are only available within 14 days. After 14 days, a new appointment will need to be made with a new deposit

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before appointment day.

After Business Hours

Monday to Friday 5:00am-7:00am: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday 5:00am-8:00am; 5:00pm-6:00pm

Sunday 5:00am-9:00am; 5:00pm-6:00pm

If you need to make an appointment for after business hours, please contact me by text. An immediate small fee will be required to secure the spot. This fee DOES NOT go towards price and is in addition to the required deposit.
